Abstrak

Dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin dinamis, kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Model bisnis yang fleksibel dan efisien memainkan peran penting dalam hal ini. Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) sebagai standar eksekusi proses bisnis berbasis XML menawarkan solusi untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan model bisnis secara efisien, efektif dan terstandar. Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana BPEL dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengimplementasikan model bisnis. Diawali dengan penjelasan singkat tentang konsep model bisnis, BPM dan BPEL. Studi ini menggunakan analisis literatur, studi kasus, dan pengembangan model konseptual. Pertama, kami melakukan tinjauan mendalam terhadap literatur terkait BPEL, model bisnis, dan praktik terkait. Kemudian, melalui studi kasus di beberapa organisasi, kami mengevaluasi keefektifan implementasi BPEL dalam meningkatkan proses bisnis dan model bisnis yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model bisnis berbasis BPEL dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan responsivitas organisasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Kelebihan ini terutama terlihat dalam peningkatan efisiensi proses, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.
