Abstrak

Perbaikan proses bisnis merupakan elemen kunci untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja sektor korporasi dan bisnis jasa. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik manajemen Six Sigma dan Lean. Tulisan ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur secara rinci mengenai metodologi Six Sigma dan metodologi manajemen Lean  pada sektor korporasi atau perusahaan jasa. Tinjauan literatur ini memberikan wawasan tentang perbandingan metodologi manajemen Six Sigma dan Lean  yang  diperlukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan aktivitas operasional di lingkungan bisnis berbasis usaha dan  layanan. Studi empiris sebelumnya yang mengukur keberhasilan manajemen Lean dan implementasi  Six Sigma juga diperiksa untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai dampaknya. Tinjauan literatur  ini bertujuan untuk  meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan keunggulan kompetitif di sektor bisnis berbasis layanan dengan menerapkan teknik manajemen Six Sigma dan Lean dengan mengelaborasi konsep-konsep utama dan menyajikan wawasan dari literatur terkait.
